Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for MrsDeeva digital resources, webinars, workshops, templates, prompt packs, and related learning products.
Digital Products
Digital products such as prompt packs, templates, checklists, downloads, recordings, or access links are generally not cancellable or refundable once access has been shared, because they can be viewed, duplicated, downloaded, copied, or used immediately.
If access has not yet been shared, a cancellation request may be reviewed manually. Approval is not automatic and may depend on the offer terms, payment status, operational stage, and whether fulfillment work has already started.
Webinars And Workshops
For live webinars and workshops, cancellation or reschedule requests are reviewed based on the request timing, event date, whether access links or materials have been shared, whether the session has already happened, and the specific terms shown on the offer page before purchase.
If MrsDeeva reschedules a paid live session, reasonable efforts will be made to notify customers through the contact details provided. If a customer cannot attend a rescheduled session, MrsDeeva may offer a recording, alternate access, credit, or refund depending on the nature of the offer.
Duplicate Payments And Payment Issues
If you believe you were charged twice, paid for the wrong offer, or completed payment but did not receive access, contact MrsDeeva with the Razorpay payment ID, payment date, paid amount, registered name, WhatsApp number, and the offer purchased.
Duplicate successful payments for the same customer and same offer may be eligible for manual review and refund if verified through Razorpay records.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds, when approved, are processed through Razorpay or the relevant payment provider. Refund timelines depend on Razorpay, the customer's bank, card network, UPI provider, wallet provider, and other payment-system processes outside MrsDeeva's direct control.
Any payment gateway fees, taxes, or charges that are not reversible by the payment provider may affect the final refunded amount where applicable and legally permitted.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be declined where access has already been delivered, digital material has been used or downloaded, a live session has already taken place, the customer missed the scheduled session, the request is outside the offer-specific window, or the issue is caused by incorrect contact details shared by the customer.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To request a cancellation, refund review, or access support, contact MrsDeeva through the Contact page or the WhatsApp channel used for purchase communication. Include the Razorpay payment details and a short explanation so the request can be reviewed.
