Offers And Eligibility

MrsDeeva products are intended for learning, business education, content planning, marketing support, and practical implementation by solopreneurs, small business owners, creators, and professionals. You are responsible for deciding whether an offer is suitable for your needs before purchase.

Offer details, inclusions, bonuses, dates, pricing, access period, refund conditions, and delivery method may vary by product. The specific offer page and checkout details shown before purchase form part of these terms.

Payments

Purchases are one-time INR payments processed through Razorpay Payment Links, Razorpay Payment Buttons, or another Razorpay-hosted flow. Razorpay remains the source of truth for completed payment status.

Your access may be delayed if payment is pending, failed, flagged, disputed, reversed, or not visible as successful in Razorpay. This website does not store payment credentials and does not provide a customer account or member dashboard in the current Phase 1 launch.

Delivery And Access

Access to webinars, workshops, digital resources, or digital content is fulfilled manually, usually through WhatsApp or another direct communication channel. You must provide accurate contact details so access links and support messages can be delivered.

Manual fulfillment means delivery may not be instant. Reasonable efforts will be made to share access after payment confirmation, but delivery timelines can depend on payment confirmation, admin availability, offer schedule, and whether correct contact details were provided.

Use Of Digital Materials

Unless an offer page says otherwise, purchased materials are for the purchaser's own personal or internal business use. You may use the ideas, prompts, templates, and frameworks for your own business, but you may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload, copy into a competing product, or claim MrsDeeva materials as your own.

Access links, templates, recordings, worksheets, and other access links may be protected, private, public, or duplicate-link based depending on the offer. You are responsible for keeping access links reasonably secure and not forwarding paid resources to others.

No Guaranteed Results

MrsDeeva content is educational and informational. It does not guarantee revenue, business growth, platform performance, audience growth, sales, legal compliance, tax outcomes, or any specific commercial result. Your results depend on your own business, execution, audience, offer, market conditions, and other factors outside MrsDeeva's control.

Changes, Cancellations, And Support

MrsDeeva may update offer details, schedules, resource formats, access instructions, or website content when needed. If a live webinar or workshop is rescheduled, reasonable efforts will be made to notify paid customers through the contact details provided.

Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. For support, use the Contact page or the WhatsApp channel used for purchase communication.
